Why does my phone fall off the charger?

For iPhone 12/13/14/1516 series, use a MagSafe/magnetic case or no case. Non-magnetic cases can cause it to fall.

Take the phone on the left down, wait for 1 minute, and then put it back. It should charge normally afterwards.

Great product

Great product! Easy to use, works really well. Built quality food. MagSafe is strong so phones don’t fall down (be careful with cases as thick cases without MagSafe wouldn’t work). Charges relatively quickly. Angle of charger means phone screen can be seen whilst using.
