Sprayers Plus Electric Backpack Sprayer

I unboxed it, charged the battery over night. I removed the orange intake plug and replaced it with the provided intake hose and filter, put a gallon of water in it. walked over to my driveway so I could check the spray pattern and it ran for 45 seconds and quit. It has power at the switch but the pump will not come on. Very disappointed. Sprayers plus doesn't have a phone and they have yet to reply to the 3 messages left via their website and 3 messages on their facebook page.

This sprayer goes and goes. Sprayed 24 tanks and still don't have to charge the battery! I can spray all day witout any fatigue. Just point the nozzle, a light squeeze on the handle and it sprays a nice, even pattern.

No phone number to contact a human being. Tank leaks after two seasons of use where metal frame meets tank. They tell you that you must have dropped it or bumped it. Numerous people have had the same problem. DO NOT buy this product as it is overpriced garbage!!!

We purchased several of the units and really liked them. We have one that's less than 6months old, doesn't get tons of use. We have only charged the battery 2 times on it. Any this unit has developed a crack in the tank. We have called amazon, and tried reaching out to sprayers plus multiple times with no response. Customer service is worth its weight in gold and this company has none.

NO MORE PUMPING, thats all grate product !

The issue getting it to work, had to take it apart but it is working well now. The pressure is good.April 1, 2021. The battery longer charges. This product used a black and deck battery. Wish it stated proudly somewhere in their description.

I bought this sprayer for home use; kind of a luxury buy. Three-hundred dollars for a sprayer? Anyway, it works great! Love it.EXCEPT that after six uses, a little over a year, the tank has developed a micro-crack where the frame is molded in.IT LEAKS!Slight leak. Easily located.So I sent an eMail to customer service. They wanted a video showing the leak. I filled the tank with water, added a dye, and took a video and some stills. The dye clearly showed the crack/leak. Sent photos to Sprayers Plus. Customer service recommended I “seal the crack from the inside.” Great. The tank is a poly plastic; almost impossible to seal with anything. I sure don’t know how.I would like to attach a photo but don’t know how.I have never had any sprayer tank fail... until now.Their eMail implies the tank was dropped. NOT! I am seventy-two years old, a licensed pilot, railroad engineer, teacher, machinist, on-and-on. I take very good care of my tools. This tank was NOT abused, dropped, etc.So I tried putting a tiny duct tape patch over the crack. It works, kind of. ‘still leaks, but not so much Roundup soaking my leg as before.A three-hundred dollar sprayer breaks after six old-man uses!? Preposterous!Sprayers Plus will not stand behind their products. Don’t spend hundreds of dollars and end up with a leg soaked in Roundup.
