Use this for my cats’ water bowl instead of expensive cat L-Lysine:
The media could not be loaded. This stuff is awesome for my cats! I have 2 cats. One cat, Blossom, has a very sensitive respiratory system and she easily gets the sniffles. Our vet told us to give her L-Lysine and it works great! This powder is much more affordable than that lysine paste or the lysine treats.I highly recommend this powder.I put it on her food and in her water bowl.It works great and she hasn’t had the sniffles since :)

Great for sick feral cats (if you feed them).
I have a couple feral cats who hang around my house. I was able to trap and get then neutered in past years and brought them back to my home. They’re exclusively outdoor cats but they show up every morning for their breakfast.Last year one of them looked pretty bad, sneezing, coughing and crusty-eyed. I put the trap out to take him to the vet but he was not having that again and instead he skipped his breakfast. LolI looked up the symptoms and diagnosed him myself with upper respiratory infection and ways to treat it when the other cat showed up sneezing as well. I ended up buying this product. It comes with a little scoop that I used to measure the powder, added one scoop to a serving (for each cat) stirred into some pâté. This stuff worked like a charm. Within a few days the crusty eyes cleared up and by the time a week passed no one was coughing or sneezing. I keep a supply of this on hand for humans and pets, cause I know it works.

Better than capsules for human and feline
I have a kitty that has the herpes. Poor kitty. She suffered terribly. I used to crush pills or empty capsules of the powder into her food. You do what you have to do for your family. I had to get more lysine so I jumped on Amazon and started scrolling. This is what I landed on and I’m very pleased I did. The price was great for the amount that’s inside and it’s lasted quite some time. I put some in my tea and juice and can detect no unpleasant flavor so I was able to up kitty’s dose to an amount that has effectively reduced her symptoms to almost undetectable (Knock wood). I will buy this again, someday, when it runs out.

Love this for immune support. I put 1/8 of a teaspoon in my coffee every morning. Tasteless. Keeps me healthy.

I get cold sores frequently so I always need to have some of this around. I keep some in a little 4 oz jar with the scoop attached so I don't have to open the container all the time (I'm in Florida so humidity is an issue with these things). I just refilled my little jar and realized that I still have a ton left and I've had it for a little over a year.I mix a scoop or two in about 2 oz of water and just chug it down. It doesn't taste great, but it's easier than taking those giant tablets. You really can't beat the price.
