Our puppy ate 2 of our couches (sofa and love seat) so I needed to purchase a basement couch that would be versatile, soft, comfortable and large for when my daughters have friends over. I wanted a modular sectional. I knew I wanted cream or off white or beige despite the risk factor in showing stains. We researched many online, from Wayfair to Bob’s to Ocean State etc. This couch seemed to be the biggest in size with the best reviews for the best price. I am very happy with the purchase. My husband and daughter put it together in a few hours. It did come in 3 large boxes ( at the same time) that I would not have been able to carry myself. Luckily, I caught the delivery man when he arrived and he was willing to drop them off in my garage so they would not be left outside until the evening when my husband got home. It also comes with a nice large tray which is also versatile! You can put this couch in one long piece, make it a symmetrical sectional or double up ti make it like a bed for additional sleeping arrangements. It is very soft! We will see how the fabric holds up but so far so good. I do wish the covers could be removed to be washed but other than that I am very pleased!

Absolutely terrible sectional. The delivery was late and I only received the ottoman as the other pieces were still unaccounted for. When contacting the seller and getting no response from them after a couple of days of trying to get a hold of them, my husband spoke with a customer service agent at amazon who said they also attempted to reach out to the seller with no success. The ottoman is horrible quality. The base comes in two pieces that you are to clamp together with two bolts. The frame is very flimsy and the fabric that surrounds the entire base/platform the cushion sits on is extremely thin black fabric and not the same type of fabric as the sectional. It snagged across my fingers just by touching it and felt as though it was going to tare by barely touching it to try and get the two pieces bolted together. Once together, the springs are incredibly weak and the flimsy wood frame goes into the cushion. The legs are crappy plastic and the ottoman has a big warning sticker on it not to exceed 200lbs As we won't even be able to sit on it...Which i saw nowhere on the sellers page for this sectional. This sectional is useless! Absolutely am returning this trash! I suppose the old saying is true, you get what you pay for.

I will update my review if the seller actually comes through and fixes and the issue. Let me start off by saying the sectional is beautiful. I love the color and the lay out. It’s a little low to the floor but that’s ok, as most couches are these days and that can be fixed by getting longer legs.Issue I have.1. Seller does not inform you it comes in 3 different boxes with 3 different tracking numbers.2. The directions are not the best but once you get the hang of if it, it’s easy to put together.3. Letter E which is the base that goes next to the ottoman the leg will not go in because the metal was not threaded properly. I have reached out to the shipper who suggested something was wedge in there and for me to take it out. I explained if that was the case I would not be contacting them. I have requested that the replace the defective part of the sofa. I am currently waiting. If this does not happen. I will be contacting Amazon for a full refund.I have attached picturesFirst 2 are the defective unthreaded hole. 3rd is what it should look like. 4th & 5th is how I put it together. Currently nobody can enjoy it as the side with the missing leg. Falls down. If the seller fixes the issue I will update my review then.

Absolutely love my new couches! Very comfortable and easy to assemble. Love the color and how it makes my living room brighter 💜Delivery was on time!

So an honest review… the packaging was well done but be very careful opening up the boxes with anything sharp. Putting it together was a little strenuous but doable… my husband did most of the work and I helped with the smaller things… the couch material is super soft and it’s very comfortable… it’s a very very light beige and it really brighten up my living room. Great item for the price. The cushions are vacuum packed but they immediately started to build their way up when I took them out of the packaging. OverallIt’s a great purchase for the price I paid and it was delivered very quickly.

•I feel like it’s going to break easily.•I hear wood cracking each time I sit from where it’s connects to the base to the back rest area.•For some reason, There’s no connection to the back rest of one seater to the next back rest, they only connect from the base (where you sit). Resulting in weaker support.•They purposely give you less legs than the number of holes created for more legs. The instruction even shows this too. You basically share the leg of the next seater.•The skirt to the table couch thing didn’t fit at all, and began to rip as I also finished putting it on.• It’s Definitely not worth the value.

These are gorgeous, super comfortable and very easy to assemble!

Looks nice but made cheaply, frame is thin, leg snapped out of framed only 200lbs
