Amazon and MSI ReviewAmazon Review: 1) Ordered this mid November. Amazon did not ship until the end of December. Amazon lost the package. Ordered another one in January and did not ship to mid-month. Amazon had a delivery of January 17. It arrived a couple of days late but Amazon registered as lost. I contacted them to tell them it was late. I started to have problems with the product and wanted a replacement. Amazon said no because it was after the expected delivery date.MSI - 2) Been communicating with MSI for troubleshooting. They want me to send the motherboard for RMA. 1100$ motherboard and a little over a month, and already have to send for replacement. Looks like a lot of people are having problems with this product on the forums.I think I will stop buying high ticket PC products with Amazon. This will probably me first and last MSI motherboard.

installation was kinda rough, magnetic plate yanked one of my mounting screws under it when i was trying to install it in the case, but after that, my only other issue was the lack of usb2 headers. for a $1100 board, I'd expect more than one...also would be nice to have more than one JRAINBOW/JRGB header. But that's about where my compaints burn out, its installed, its so beautiful and MY GOD THERE IS SO MANY USB AND USBC PORTS ON THIS THING! Also the dynamic dashboard is a fun tool to have and can be used to display a variety of info or even just gifs that are preloaded or even you could upload some yourself! im thinking of downloading the ninja fighting MSI Dragon gif that the x570 Godlike had on it. So far very pleased.

It took a little tweaking to install into my case (e.g. getting the 24 pin ATX to fit on the angled connector). However, after getting through that, everything was all smooth, I encountered no errors or any issues on initial boot and I was able to get Windows set up quickly.One of the greatest aspect about this board is that there is zero lane sharing between the M.2s and the GPU slot so you get the full gen 5.0 x16 (PCIE1) even if you filled every single m.2 slot on the board, which you can't really find on any other board.Overall, great buy if you are willing to shell a pretty penny.

I had the motherboard for 2 months when the easy bridge (The cool little information display) failed causing severe issues and 2 weeks later the motherboard started smoking. Like it was going to catch fire I had to unplug the system.Would not recommend

NOTE: I bought this through another vendor.The most capable x870e motherboard, but with bugs. I bought this because it was the only (at the time) x870e motherboard that would enable me to run two PCIe m.2 drives at 5.0 x4 with my GPU at 5.0 x16. No other motherboard allowed this due to lane sharing limitations. MSI was able to do it by giving the option of disabling USB 4.0 to allocate those lanes to an extra m.2 slot instead of USB. I dont care about USB 4.0, so this is perfect for me.The issue is all x870e and x670e MSI motherboards have a bug with the m.2_1 slot in which they do not consistently run at PCIe 5.0 mode. Upon waking from sleep, new startups, or restarts, the motherboard seems to completely ignore your settings and randomly runs that m.2_1 slot at a different, slower speed. Most often PCIe1.0 mode. Every other m.2 slot works fine. MSI seems to be aware of the issue and is working on a fix. If they are able to fix it I will update this review. But this is a major con for me considering the reason I bough this board was to run two NVMe drives in 5.0 mode and this bug prevents that. So, hopefully they fix it soon.Otherwise, its a great motherboard. I have not had the issues others mentioned with the digital display.

Among the X870E chipset motherboards, MSI's products have the best PCIe lane allocation. Despite the limitations of AMD's chipset specifications, they have still done an outstanding job. The GODLIKE is the best among them. If you need to use both a PCIe 5.0 graphics card and SSD simultaneously, its 10-layer PCB provides excellent stability. Some motherboards may claim support but have unstable signals and cannot pass all tests. If you want to pair a top-tier X3D CPU with an RTX 5090, this is undoubtedly the best motherboard choice.

Mobo came without appropriate parts and came damaged and scraped up. I can't say if it was previously used but it certainly looks that way. I would highly recommend avoiding this product.
