Wow, I noticed a difference the first day. Really gets things moving! I think the coating it has helps it to work really well. I also tried the greens and those are a great addition to a shake.

I like this product because it is shelf stable (which is great when you travel a lot), but they don't seem to "work" quite as well as another probiotic that I normally use... I will still purchase for when I'm on the road!
