Will let you be the judge!! Personally I think there is a little difference, skin seems brighter and feels much better! 4 weeks in today, taste takes some getting used to, I put mine in the fridge which I think makes it more tolerable (for me anyway) all in all it’s a good product, hair is more manageable and nails are growing pretty well - I will keep going.

Prices keeps going up so won't be buying these anymore. Over £10 more for 14 within less than 3 weeks? No thanks, not good. It is now an overly priced product. Cheaper to buy from the high Street now. Take note.
