No Better Almond Butter!
In my opinion, Wild Soil Almond Butter is the best almond butter out there. I’ve tasted a few brands, and this one is my absolute favorite. Its flavor is deep, rich, and intensely nutty. It goes perfectly with any cracker or hearty bread. By the way, the almonds are roasted, so this is ideal if you prefer a full-bodied flavor. Also, the texture is smooth and creamy but not perfectly creamy. There are no added oils to enhance fluidity. So, it spreads nicely but not too nicely. But, if you’re like me, that’s what you will enjoy the most. The tiny bits of almonds throughout the butter make it taste even more interesting. The biggest compliment, though, that I have is that this almond butter is truly organic. Wild Soil nurtures its almond soil organically, so no pesticides are used in raising these almonds. But there’s more. Wild Soil does not use PPO (propylene oxide) to pasteurize its almonds. They only use steam. For that reason alone, I’m a huge fan of this almond butter. Believe me, they don’t come any better than this.

Excellent Almond Butter
I knew exactly what I was getting when I ordered this product. I am using almond butter as part of my diet to lose weight. It is a satisfying addition to the meager diet I am on that eliminates sugar, carbs, and all seed oils.I've tried numerous other brands and Wild Soil is by far the best tasting. I love that is has no salt. The butter tastes so much sweeter without interference from the salt.I read the consumers reviews that were put off by the natural elasticity/clumping of the butter. I'm guessing that they are used to eating Jiff or the almond butters that use palm oil (a big no no for the body) as a thickener. And those that fear that plastic shards will come off when mixing is ludicrous. Don't use a steak knife.Yes, it is a bit of a work out to mix the oil and butter, but then so what? This is a premium product; not junk. Treat it as such. One way to eliminate some of the struggle of mixing the butter and oil is to turn the bottle upside down for a day and let the oil mix better with the butter. This makes mixing the two so much easier.I bought two bottles. And it will be a staple in my fridge from now on. It is a decadent delight; especially when you are on a strict diet. I've lost nearly 50lbs in 4 months. And the entire time, I enjoyed almond butter.I've been looking for a product with this quality for some time and I feel I hit the jackpot with Wild Soil.Thank you for your effort to produce a truly healthy product. I am 70 and it's never too late to eat healthy.

Tasty, but not raw.
Tasty, definitely different flavor from other almond butters. Hard to define, but very good flavor. Not salty, very nutty, a tiny bit of sweet. It's delicious.Needs a little elbow grease to stir up, but that's common with nut butters. No big deal. I don't like the plastic jar, when you stir the butter in plastic jar, you run the risk of getting tiny plastic shavings in the butter. Plastic is bad. Very bad. Would like to see them using glass jars instead of plastic. It's not raw however. These almonds are roasted. I thought this was raw butter. Roasting destroys a lot of the nutrients in the almonds. I won't buy again unless they make this nut butter with raw almonds instead of roasted. But overall, very good and very tasty on toast.

Absolutely delicious but pay attention to the size
It didn't register for me until I received the jar how little it was. Still, a pound of whole almonds typically costs only a dollar or two less, so it's not like I was being overcharged, just a little ignorant.I like how this almond butter is a bit denser than typical, certainly not runny like Kirkland organic (which is quite good but soupy). It's therefore an arm workout to give it the initial stir it needs. If you go through it quickly like I do, you don't really need to refrigerate it because it remains JUST firm enough for most uses. If you like a thick application in a sandwich, however, you should probably refrigerate it to minimize the mess. The density made it the best almond butter I've yet used for baking. Almonds produce a softer end product, so the density of this almond butter gave me a slightly firmer result. it was amazing as the base for low-carb brownies, excellent texture and firmness.I have their 2 lb bag of raw almonds on subscription, they're that good (and healthy).

Absolutely fantastic! The best that I've ever had.
I'm extremely pleased with this brand of almond butter. The bold flavor and nutty texture are much better than that of any other brand I've tried. And I've tried at least ten different brands. Plus, I love the fact that they don't drown their crops in chemicals.Although I agree that this almond butter can sometimes be a bit challenging to stir (after setting in a warehouse for a long time), that doesn't outweight all of the things that I love about this brand. When I encounter a thick clump at the bottom of a jar, I simply use a butter knife to cut it up. And then I can stir it more easily. I would hate to see them change the awesome nutty texture, or add chemicals or palm oil (like the other brands do) to avoid clumping. This almond butter is perfect just the way it is. I love it!

The flavor is disappointing, not much almond flavor.
Pretty thin for spreading and lacks any robust almond flavoring. I was expecting and hoping to find a delicious, tasty, healthy almond butter, but unfortunately, I did not.

No pesticide, smooth almond butter
It’s really good, smooth Almond butter. Consistency is not too runny and not too thick to spread, it is just right. I go through it fast - I wish they sold a bigger bottle!*update*I have bought this Almond butter fairly often in the last 6 months, in the beginning the almond oil had separated from the almond pulp and it took some ‘elbow grease’ to stir it all back together, however the last 3 bottles have all arrived in much better condition, with me only needed to stir in the last bottom bit. This is a sacrifice I am willing to make as it contains only one ingredient “roasted almonds’ The bottles you buy in stores that never separate contain additional, and not particularly healthy oils.
