I have been using just a soap bar to wash my whole body including hair (I'm not a skinhead!) for 15 years. In the past 7 years, I've been using Dove Sensitive Skin (same $25.99 for 12 on Amazon) not because I have sensitive skins but because it is the most basic soap. Mebien Soap is four times more expensive, but it's worth it. It foams just as well as Dove does. It is not artificially scented, which I like--after taking a shower, I use a real perfume anyway. This soap actually smells the same as other real soaps I know. After using this soap, my skin and hair conditions are great. This is a solid product, highly recommended.
