I don't think anyone really needs this per se. That said if you're working on a kit with an obnoxious number of decals, or using weird decal paper to waifu wrap a bunch of Battlesuits (uwu), this can be super helpful. Really simple and easy to use and helps tremendously (at least for me) in an assembly line situation.Assembly is straight forward, lift thing, place sponge, add water. Other decals wait without drying out. Includes I mean alright quality accessories, I think good for the price of the overall kit. It's small, lightweight, stows away in ones kit pretty easily. Lovely quality of life upgrade, love it.

Works great! The footprint is small and it’s very effective. I wish I had this years ago! Simple but makes the job so much easier. Decals can hang out while I’m working. Really useful tool for model enthusiasts.

This has been my favorite addition to my model kit tool arsenal!! Water-Transfer decals are always tricky to put on, though I really appreciate how convenient this makes it. The sponge helps immensely in reducing water on the decal itself, making a cleaner, and easier application. Several decals can be wet at once through this for a mainstream application process. The plastic tweezers are definitely something I didn't expect to think much of. It provided less pressure than metal tweezers, making it near-impossible to rip a decal. I really can't recommend this enough!!!

Bad performance for some reason the sponge keeps falling out and my decals washed off into the water. It happened frequently enough to be annoying and slow me down. I think it is very overpriced and although it looks lifer than my trumpetor decal box 📦 t doesn’t work as well

Saying goodbye to my small bowl of water and dried out paper towels. Who knew such a thing existed AND that it would be so Handy? I love it. It's PERFECT for using with my nail art deacals and I'm so happy I got this. It is one of my new favorite tools FOR SURE!

This is a very useful kit for handling model decals. I really love this kit.

This is a nice little kit that comes with a couple of nice accessories. The sponge is nice in that is stays moist due to the little reservoir it sits in. The plastic tweezers are a bit easier for me to use than my metal ones. The curved scissors are a great addition, not only for cutting out any circular decals but I've also used it for lexan car bodies - more specifically around the wheel wells. While it may be a little pricey for something you can use your own container and sponge for, it made a nice little addition to my hobby desk area.
