Primer bulb works great, hose complete junk
I thought I was in pretty good shape after changing my primer bulb and hose before I went to the lake for a couple of days. The primer bulb worked great but the hose broke completely in half twice. I have never seen anything like it and I am glad that I was not in a situation where I really needed my motor for safety reasons. I made a trip to West Marine to purchase new hose for the bulb today. I would never recommend this unit to anyone and would never buy it again.

Fuel Line Repeatedly Breaks Suddenly at the Motor and Tank Fittings
I have owned this fuel line for less than one month. It has broken twice at the fitting near the motor three times at the fitting near the fuel tank. That's five sudden breaks in less than one month! Each time, I have to cut the hose that remains on the tank valve or the motor valve and reattach and clamp. Each time, the hose gets shorter.The line is not approved by the United States Coast Guard.I got a new line today at Walmart.The primer bulb works well and there is good fuel flow, but the quality is very poor.

Junk!!!
The bubble pump is the only thing worth buying here. Hose inside diameter is to big and the hose material is CRAP!! Hose quality is very cheap!! I have to recut hose every time I’ve used it due to the quality of the hose splitting every time I use it. Overall due not buy it!!

Poor quality and dangerous on some given applications.
I replaced my fuel line with this Smiful Fuel Line Assembly on my Mercury outboard. Tried to start the boat to get it off the trailer while in the water only to find this new line had broken at the engine fitting. This was the first try out for this line. I took the boat home to inspect and repair the line. The hose has no nylon fiber to give it strength. The rubber is a low quality in as much I could pull the line apart with my bare hands. This is a dangerous product because it can break under small amount of stress.

Totally Failed!
I installed this fuel line and within 30 days the line itself became brittle.I just re-read the product review on this hose. The last item description they post is "Do not store in direct sunlight". "WHAT" It's for a boat! Most boats are exposed all the time.My fault for not seeing that.Sending my complaint in today. I'll post the results.

If you want to get stranded on the water... HERE YOU GO!
Purchased this fuel line and pump Oct of 2018, to replace the fuel line on Honda marine engine... The boat sat in the garage until yesterday (3/24/19). Mind you the hose and bulb have never been used and they literally fell apart in my hand as if they were old stock and dry rot. DO NOT BUY and if you do, check for cracks and return immediately.

Lasted 2 months. Cracks apart!!
Lasted exactly 2 months. Hose broke off from end. If you bent any part of the hose it snapped!!!! Avoid at all costs. This was a complete waste of money.

Very hard Gas line
This product is the worst fuel line unit I have ever had. This was bought in the late fall of 2018 for my pontoon boat. The pontoon is always stored inside, the first trip out this spring the gas line cracked at the connection to the engine. I was able to repair it out on the lake. Once on dry land I looked at the whole assembly and the 6 ft of line and the bulb was dry cracked and very bridle. If you tried to bend the line it would break completely.Do not buy this product, it is JUNK
