Coolife Rolling Duffel Travel Duffel Bag Wheeled Duffel Suitcase Luggage 8 Pockets 30in

This is a high quality rolling duffle bag inside and out. Sturdy exterior & interior fabric, zippers & smooth wheels. It has 6 ext. zip pockets perfect for carry on stuff incl water bottle, 4 int. pockets (1 lge zip mesh, 2 open mesh &1 solid zip) plus the zippered compartment on the bottom for dress clothes, shoes etc. It also has 2 ext handles. I packed it full to see how it’s going to work out. It stands up fine when it’s full, w/bigger stuff on the wheels side. It’ll probably be ok if it’s half full but not empty. The empty bag weighs a little more than I expected but it’s b/c it’s high quality fabric, handle &wheels. The 22” one won’t fit under the seat but should be fine as a carry-on, check though. Would like the co to make a tote bag w/same quality fabric, zippers, # of pockets. I’ll watch for that!!

Haven't traveled yet, but I bought this for an overseas move, stuffed it full, and decided it was so great that I needed a second one. Most duffels are hard to get to stand upright but the way this has a smaller compartment at the bottom helps it stand. I put my kid's books down there and they make a nice solid platform. Having a separate back compartment and regular front duffel bag area works great too. I fit all my shoes and clothes in one bag and kid's toys and clothes in the other. They seem study and well made... trying to decide if I want the carry on size as well. The one down side is - they're real ugly. My husband said they look like giant potatoes wrapped up to bake. Will update this review after our trip! The bags made it from California to Norway just fine, no damage, everything inside them was just as I packed it. They were overweight for checked bags (and the airline we used as a pretty generous weight allowance), but luckily the awesome agent at the counter just took them without mentioning it. I think we'll be getting plenty of use out of these bags.

Thanks to Coolife's seriously aggressive commitment to customer service, I'm revising my original one-star review. This review is for the 30" model, which seems only rarely available. I originally ordered this after reading many reviews, and then waited weeks for it to come into stock. Unfortunately, my bag arrived with two major defects. First, the internal frame was severely bent, which also prevents the handle from extending. Also, one of the key features I needed was that the separator between the two compartments could be opened, because I'm moving sports equipment that I feared wouldn't fit in one compartment alone. Unfortunately, the separating panel does not actually open, though there is a zipper opening leads to the frame, instead of the other compartment! At the time, the bag was out of stock and I needed a duffel immediately, so I ended up exchanging the bag for the similar AmazonBasics duffel, which turned out to be a decent enough bag. BUT THEN! Coolife tracked me down, and went out of their way to send me a new bag (for free!) because their reputation is important to them. So I've finally received that bag, and this one thankfully arrived undamaged. Unfortunately, the new bag ALSO does not have an opening separator between the two main compartments. I now wonder if that's only a feature of the 22" model? Or if the description of the bag is just wrong on Amazon? That turned out not to matter, though, because the main compartment is actually big enough to hold all the gear, and the bottom compartment can hold my clothes and travel necessities. I'm looking forward to traveling with this bag to a tournament in a couple of weeks. Both the Coolife bag and the AmazonBasics bags have their pros and cons. They're both 30" long, but the Coolife bag isn't quite as wide and deep - which is better, because the AmazonBasics bag is so huge that it's unwieldy. I like the additional pockets of the Coolife bag, but I like the exterior straps of the AmazonBasics bag better. While both seem tough and well made, the Coolife bag seems particularly strong. A number of reviewers have commented on how hard it is to stand these bags up, and that has been my experience, too. The AmazonBasics bag can be packed in such a way that it does stand up, but I haven't figure out how to do that with the Coolife bag yet. I'm sure I'll find an answer for it, though. I haven't decided which bag I like better, but in the meantime, they're both pretty great bags.

I have provided 9 pictures to show all of the features of the bag. The wheels do no retract, so the true length of the bag is 23 inches. I have flown in a 737 and a 757 and it fit fine in the overheads. The width is 12 to 12.5 inches. When totally packed, the bag is about 14 inches tall. I travel with a CPAP machine and it fits nicely in the bottom section and I still have room for 1 pair of shoes. The top section is about 8 inches tall and has 2 inside mesh pockets and the cover also has a mesh pocket. One side has two small outside pockets and the other side has a longer single outside pocket. They either have a zipper closure or a buckle closure. There is also a zippered pocket on the (front?) side where the handle retracts. The handle extends and closes very easily - no binding or hard pulling. The wheels roll quietly. I am about 6'2" and the handle is plenty long enough to pull behind me. Good carrying straps all around, but no shoulder strap. Fully loaded, I wouldn't want to try to carry this on my shoulder. The fabric and stitching is heavy duty along with the zippers. I expect it to be durable for many trips.

Well-constructed. attractive, versatile duffel that rolls easy throughout airport, many pockets and two layers to give you options in packing it. If it is your only bag and you know you will have overboard bin space, you can stuff it with as much or more as a hard-sided roller board case, or you can put in less and fit it under the seat if needed. This carry-on duffel saved me in July when I was stranded at SFO for two days during the CrowdStrike airport mess, I had it filled with everything I needed. Just a good, solid bag that looks like it will last.
