Solid, LONG battery life, good noise reduction.
I've had these headphones for over a month and a half, and used them regularly in the morning while I get ready for work. They're comfortable, and not too heavy on my head. The ear pieces can be extended for a longer head, and have a nice solid "notch" click to them that prevents them from slipping while you're wearing them. The head pieces can rotate forward and back too, so the pads sit on your ears and make a good seal around them. This helps with the noise reduction. The Bluetooth works well - I didn't have any issues connecting either of my two PC's nor my S7 Android phone to the headphones, and they stayed connected without dropouts. Re-connecting to the same devices just involved turning them back on.There's an "Auxiliary" input that uses a 3.5mm jack plug (the cable's provided) - that works even while the headphones are off.The noise-reduction works separately from the Bluetooth receiver, and the auxiliary input which both have their own power. To use the noise-reduction there's a little switch on the opposite ear pad to the Bluetooth controls, and a light illuminates when it's on.You can turn it on without having any audio input and it'll act as a better sound-proof ear covering.I've noticed the noise-reduction works the strongest on lower frequency sounds, like the rumble of a car, or the noises on a train. Higher sounds like the tweet of birds or kids screaming outside (we have several around here!) are reduced but not as strongly. The sound quality is good - not just because of the good quality speakers, but also because of the headphones size and the good fit of the padding. With it forming a good seal you get good bass, as well as useful active noise-reduction.Note that although they can be used separately to each other, the Bluetooth receiver and noise-reduction both use the same battery therefore using one will reduce the time you can use the other. The run time for the headphones is great - and as advertised. I actually got 19 hours out of them, it may be due to me having them on low volume in the mornings.I've not tried making a call with the headphones on - they have a microphone and the Bluetooth buttons can be used to pick up a call. Some other reviewers have tried that feature if you have a quick look around. (the ones I read said the pickup was good)

Very good product and great value for money
These were my first ever pair of active noise-cancelling wireless (Bluetooth) headphones. I did a bit of product browsing when looking to make a decision on headphones to buy to enjoy listening to music/watching videos on my phone during my commute to work (which is fairly lengthy). The sound quality from these headphones is great and even without using the ANC technology I find myself rarely having to listen to music/watch videos on max volume in a public environment such as on public transport. The ANC technology really is just an added bonus and even if you do lose some of the complimentary deeper bass when used adjusting the equaliser/sound setting on whatever device you are using can compensate for this. The large earpads are very comfortable so these headphones can be worn for an extended period of time. I would recommend these headphones to anyone and hope to be using them for a long time. My only gripe with them is that these headphones aren't fold-able. The come with a carry case which they slot into nicely and contains space to keep the accompanying AUX cable inside for wired use of the headphones.

Read this for an honest opinion
So I ordered these headphones after physically trying the big names out there, example tried and tested Bose qc 35, Sennheiser 4.50HD, Sony ANC by actually listening music through them. I was trying to establish if the really expensive headphones can match the cheaper ones. Boss were good but still there was something lacking, and Sennheiser and Sony weren’t loud enough, but that’s personal opinion.Mixcder E8 are quite good for the price you pay. You put them on and as soon as you press the ANC button, you get the feeling similiar to pressure changes that happen in ear and surroundings get muffed. With music on you get almost 100% noise cancellation and the sound is very good, decent bass, not too exploding and decent mids. I don’t know why people have given it a one star and I can say that I own beats studio as well, the original ones that came out initially, and E8 performs almost on par with them. I am amazed at how Bose and other brands are almost charging £300 for a job that can be done for this price. The other thing you’ll notice is the build quality as they look like a premium set of headphones, very sleek and look something easily over £200. Battery life is quite good and after initial charge they are still going and I am on day 3. Highly recommend these and safe to say can easily compete with the big names out there. If you are expecting to wear them and cut trees with a chainsaw, then I’m sorry they won’t offer noise cancelling, you have to be realistic unfortunately with noise cancellation as ANC muffs sound, to completely block out noise you need cotton ear plugs but doubt they play music. All you need to do now is try them, you won’t be disappointed. Happy to answer any questions

Disappointing delay on video
These headphones are smart, light, comfortable and easy to use. Noise cancelling is effective for low frequencies, but high frequencies get through - presumably this is an unavoidable aspect of the technology. I had been expecting a control on the degree of noise cancelling, but there is none. Sound quality is good.My main disappointment is in the sound delay while watching a video - about half a second delay really spoils the enjoyment. Now that I look into this, I see that on their site blog, Mixcder say about the E8: "No, it doesn't support aptX, but it has super sound and comfortable wearing. If you are looking for a headphone with no delay in video, we'd suggest our other headphone which supports aptX LL, like MS301 and HD601." My gripe is that this isn't stated anywhere up front - neither in Mixcder's sales blurb, nor in any of the customer reviews.... new purchasers shouldn't have to find out the hard way!
