Great gift to the wife
I gave this as a gift to my wife. She absolutely loves it (well it’s day 3 after she opened and started using it). Our room is small and we placed it by her bedstand. We can smell the mist and made our room feel like a spa. Connecting it to Google Assistant was also easy. I did notice that the small cap inside got displaced so maybe that’s why there are small droplets outside the diffuser. Overall, I think it’s a good buy.

It works nicely if operated manually. Doesn’t connect to Alexa in my home.
So far I like how the diffuser works however no matter what I’ve tried, it won’t connect to our network so it does not work with Alexa despite the claim that it would. I tried using the AMA app, Alexa app, installed SSG smart home and enabled it, however nothing works.It can’t connect to the faster 5g network. I operate it manually therefore.It’s quiet and diffuses a nice scented mist.

Watch how much oil you use.
I have had a couple of diffusers and I liked the idea of this being a smart one. So, like many people with many other diffusers, mine also stopped working as well. I went online and found all sorts of instructions to clean these things when they stop working. Well all that cleaning didn’t do a thing because I found the root of the problem. In my case, at least, it was I might have used too much oil or didn’t clean it as much as I should and it stopped. So with nothing left to lose I opened it up. What makes these types work is a piezo (also used for speakers in cheap toys). It plays at a ultrasonic frequency and that is what bubbles the water and emit fog, along with the fan. Well, to my surprise, while there was no water inside - the oil made it past the gasket and covered the underside of the piezo. That’s the part that makes the sound. Covered in oil it can’t make the correct frequency and the diffuser won’t work. Cleaned it throughly with some 90% alcohol and it’s been great since. While this fix may not be for everyone, it’s better than buying a new one.

GREAT PRODUCT BUT NEEDS BETTER SET UP DIRECTIONS AND TROUBLESHOOTING INFORMATION!
This is a great humidifier but it needs better directions to complete the Ama app set up with wi fi and alexa. Like another customer I had to do a LOT of trial and error to get it to connect using my i phone. My AT&T cellular network sometimes over rides my Frontier in home wifi network which is not an issue for using my my i phone. I kept getting a message to check my wifi connection. Just happened to try turning off my cellular network setting and got a successful humidifier connection. Still trying but have not been able to sync with alexa......YET!

WIFI , how I connected
You must make sure to hold the center button in long enough that the blue light flashes fast. I had it flashing slow and I couldn’t connect to WIFI.
