This has worked wonders for me as a 47 year old perimenopausal woman. I’ve had great results on my hair growth and strength and not loosing as much hair daily. My nails that were weak and brittle have strengthened too, and aches and pains in joints have overall improved. I like the sachets as there’s no measuring the product and it’s easily transportable to take away with me, which makes it’s easy to never forget to take. Just one sachet per day in my coffee which is tasteless. You can start to see results in as little as 2 weeks, but for best results I’ve find are from 6 weeks onwards.

I’ve been using collagen powders and tablets for a few months now and Ancient & Brave is my favourite brand. It dissolves easily in my morning coffee, leaves no taste, and I have found that it is starting to help with my aches in the morning. I’m no expert but the quality is good in comparison to others I’ve tried. I’ve ha no side effects from this product , unlike when I took tablet form collagen and it is good value for money in comparison to other brands.
