This Tastes so GOOD!!!
The taste is worth the special time and technique required to successfully apply this fondant. First...cornstarch your silicone mat very well and continuously keep this blotted with cornstarch while you are rolling and prepping. Once you have it to size, rest it in the refrigerator for a few minutes to knock down the heat so it won't stretch and tear so easily. This works better for a wrapped method of application...so if you roll it, cut it, and chill it, it will wrap right around your cake...no problem and then with a sharp knife trim the top edge and seam. I use this fondant on cakes for people who really hate fondant. It is a chocolate base, so the flavor is amazingly good and a real trust builder with my clients. Also molds very prettily. A bit of tylose will tighten it up for you as well, or you can mix a little high grade fondant like massa in the mix to keep in more pliant. I love this fondant very much. All fondants have limitations or attributes depending on how you choose to look at them. This is one of my favorites for flavor but I use several different fondants and each different one suites different conditions and applications! If you don't like the way it looks when it's first applied, cornstarch your fondant smoothers and work it until it's beautiful! It's truly worth the time.

... comparative review of fondants that noted this fondant was pretty easy to work with and tasted good too
I chose to buy this fondant because of a comparative review of fondants that noted this fondant was pretty easy to work with and tasted good too. That review was spot on! I usually dislike fondant but this one is not overly sweet and tastes a bit like white chocolate. It's actually very good! It's also fairly easy to work with. It's a bit dry and somewhat crumbly to start, but once you work it a bit (not too long) to warm it up, it rolls out smoothly. It takes gel colors very well and mixes evenly. I really like this fondant.

Splurge
This is the best fondant I have ever tried. It rolled beautifully and it was so easy to drape over cake without tears, it pretty much maintained the thickness that had rolled it out. The taste was delicious and I received rave reviews from people that typically won’t eat fondant but didn’t realize they were eating fondant! That to me speaks volumes! Not the cheapest, but deffinately worth for special occasions.

Rolled out well
I had read a lot of reviews on the best tasting fondant and decided to go with this one. I feel that it taste just the same as all the others. It rolled out well on to the cake and colored easily with food coloring.

Probably one of the best tasting. But
Very tasty. Probably one of the best tasting. But..... very soft. Will not keep shape while to make figures need to air to set or add. Also when covering a cake, corners do not come out clean. You will need an absolute perfect crumb coat to make this fondant look decent on a cake.

Best fondant I've worked with!
This fondant is incredibly soft and easy to work with. It makes working with cookie cutters, food coloring, sprinkles, etc. effortless. It's also rich, creamy, and delicious. It made it possible for me to be artistic with my daughter's birthday cake. Will keep purchasing this kind for as long as its available.

Fondant Alternative
The fondant taste amazing abs is very pliable. It is too soft to use when making 3D decorations like flowers. I even tried mixing it half and half with gumpaste but I had trouble getting the flowers to dryou age stiffen up. I've used it to cover small cakes and it works fine, but you need to Mahe your frosting edge tight, any imperfection will show through.
