Great product that's helped me to manage my hydration levels daily after major surgery. Have tried many products, but Liquid IV is the only one I can honestly say I've enjoyed. The flavours are really good and the powders mix very well... you're not left with a powdery taste in your mouth, and it's improved my vitamin intake and reduced my headaches. Can't ask for better. Would love to see more flavours available in the U.K

These Strawberry Liquid I.V. sachets are basically my hydration sidekicks. I take one either before a big session or the morning after, and they work such wonders I’m convinced they’re part electrolyte mix, part magic spell. Yes, they smell and taste a bit sickly. My partner won’t even be in the same room when I open one. But I actually like the strawberry flavour. It gives strong strawberry Nesquik energy, just… more dramatic. If you can get past the smell, they’re absolute lifesavers. Hydration with a hint of childhood nostalgia and a dash of “I’m too old for hangovers like this.”

Using the Raspberry Lemonade flavour of Liquid I.V. sachets for a few weeks now, this is how it performs across the key points most people care about: Hydration (84/100): Noticeable difference on days when training or out and about; you do feel properly rehydrated compared with just water. Quality: The sachets are well-made, easy to tear, and the powder is consistent from pack to pack – nothing clumpy or stale so far. Effectiveness: Within 20–30 minutes you can feel less sluggish and less “foggy”, especially after workouts or a long day on your feet. Energy level: There’s a clear, gentle boost – not like caffeine jitters, more a steady “back to normal” feeling that lasts for a good while. Dissolves easily: It mixes quickly in cold water with a brief stir or shake; no gritty bits at the bottom of the bottle. Convenience: Individually wrapped sachets are perfect for gym bags, travel, commuting or keeping a couple in your desk drawer. The only real downside – and the reason for 4 stars instead of 5 – is the sugar content. It’s on the high side for something you might want to use frequently, and if you are calorie‑conscious or watching sugar for health reasons. Overall: 4 stars – excellent hydration, taste and convenience, but the sugar level means it’s not ideal for anyone strictly managing calories or sugar intake.

Was a bit surprised at how flavoursome they are. I was initially taken aback by the saltiness but really it's mild after a few sips. I bought lemon and lime and they were very fruity and make your mouth water. Taste good, not sure just yet if they make any difference as I've only had 3 of them. I'm hopeful! Easy to mix into 500mls of plain water, no lumps and easy to swallow. Seem to be good quality x

I cannot fault how liquid IV dissolves compared to other electrolytes on the market. It is the best for sure. It always feels like a pick me up and I love the Raspberry Lemonade flavour.

Giving 5 stars because it's not the company's fault I didn't delve into the product details more. They're delicious, and everyone who has tried them likes the flavour. HOWEVER these sachets are full of sugar. The entire composition is sugar based. That means this product is great for hydration, not for anyone looking to take a pass on sugar/carbs. I've gifted the remainder as they are too good to pass up, but if you are avoiding sugar/carbs for whatever reason THIS PRODUCT IS NOT FOR YOU.

I only tried one of these so far, it’s gives the same benefits as the other flavours but this one doesn’t taste like much of watermelon, it’s tastes like watermelon rind (the green part) which is a disappointment. It’s a good price for the set as it’s cheaper than the high street stores but I stick to my regular flavours for now on
