This tea keeps my family & I feeling good. Whenever we are exposed to an illness or just start to feel ourselves fighting off something then we drink some of this delicious tea & we don't get sick! Super immune system booster! We only drink it when we need it, not as a daily tea. You don't want to over stimulate your immune system. And people with auto immune diseases should use caution & see how there body reacts because this tea really works to rev up the immune system. I keep this in stock, it's a must in my sickness fighting arsenal. And bonus, my kids LOVE the flavor so it's easy to get them to drink it.

Light flavor, all natural ingredients, so great to calmly end your day with. I just wish they didn't use plastic indidual wraps for the teabags.

If I had to choose, I would pick the cold care tea from this same brand but I do like this one as well. It helped us with recovering from a cold and really would be ideal to drink daily to help prevent getting one. The taste is pretty good, I don't find it to be as strong as some of their others

For the past few months, I've been occasionally having problems coughing when I lay down to sleep. Dry, itchy throat hacking cough that actually produced really thick clear mucus out of nowhere, it seemed. My lungs felt pretty congested as well and I could hear wheezing when I tried to breathe.I can't say with certainty that this tea helped with the cough and mucus, but a few days after I started drinking it during my most recent late night coughing, I completely stopped getting the late night mucus and dry hacking cough. I'm drinking it right now while I write this review. Definitely worth giving a try!
