Purchase was easy. The shipper got it right out
Bought my first instrument- a ukulele. Did some research on tuning devices and this one looked simple. Didn't know how accurate it would be but decided to try it. Purchase was easy. The shipper got it right out. Upon receipt, I installed the battery, set it for "U" (ukulele) and tuned it for the first time. Was still skeptical about accuracy so I had a friend, bring her tuner over so I had something to compair my tuner to. I have novice ears, but to me, the two different tuners sounded- EXACTLY the same, and my uke sounds exactly like the songs I am learning on u-tube. The clip-on device has heavy, no-slip rubber over the mechanics, so it won't scratch your instrument. I am very happy with my purchase!The seller will bend over backwards to ensure that you are happy with your purchase. They really do care about what they sell and will enquire via e-mail to verify that you are happy with no issues. Set to "C"hromatic
I got this mainly for semi-hollow body electric guitars. Set this the Chromatic setting. I've compared this to the tuner on a Fender Mustang amp and Rocksmith 2014 internal tuner (which I trust the most). This tuner when set to Guitar mode is slightly flat and doesn't recognize some of the notes at twelfth fret when setting intonation. But Chromatic setting works great. I use this mostly on a semi-hollow body guitar.

Realy nice, handy tuner.
This rating could have been a one since the first unit arrived DOA. It was almost a five due to the seller's outstanding customer support that came with the tuner. The working tuner is a delight. The display is large enough to read and inherently logical and understandable. Bang for the buck is definitely a 5 rating.

Great product with one catch
Works as advertised, but back light cuts out on a regular basis. Sometimes goes so dim that I cannot see anymore. It could just be mine. This is otherwise a great product.

This is a great alternative to Snarks
This is a great alternative to Snarks. I've found it easy to tune in capo positions as well as open tuning. It's also rigid. For the price, I'm totally happy with it.
