ICYTHTP works great! I really like the remote settings and how easy the bag is to fill, but my favorite part has actually been the amazing customer service. I had trouble at first, scanned the QR code on the bag and emailed customer service. They responded quickly, addressed my issue and sent out a replacement part. They tracked the delivery and checked back in to make sure the replacement worked. It was so refreshing to have such a great customer service experience. I will definitely recommend ICYTHRP to anyone looking for a great ice therapy machine.

Love this ice machine! Recovering from hip surgery and now I can ice even during the night. I've had virtually no swelling at all - from a total joint replacement - all thanks to *ice*! Their customer service was fantastic - I had an issue with the controller initially - I emailed them and got an actual personal response within hours. He FedExed me a replacement part (it was actually the plug) and it worked like a charm! All icy now :-)

This review is being given mainly for Jack's excellent customer service.I bought this in February and it worked fine for the two weeks I used it after surgery, perfect for what I needed at a reasonable price point. The two things I most liked about it was it was very quiet when it was running and it could be set to cycle on 10-30 minutes and off 10-30 minutes.After a few months of not being used, I pulled it out to check just before another surgery and discovered the connector was leaky, surprising given its limited prior use. I emailed the ICYTHRP team on a Saturday, fully expecting not to have a resolution prior to my surgery. To my surprise, Jack responded almost immediately and assured me he would send out another pad with connector to arrive the next day, Sunday. As promised, it did, well before the surgery date, and it has been working fine now after this second surgery. While I'm uncertain on its eventual durability, I am confident in ICYTHRP's customer service, thank you Jack!

Used following bilateral knee replacement surgery. Worked very well and stays cool rotating ice packs from freezer. Wrap for knee good size- not skimpy. Highly recommend this. Price was $30 less from Amazon than buying from retail store.

This ice therapy machine has been a Godsend!!! I just had full knee replacement. I used it 3 months prior as it was the best medicine for alleviating pain and swelling. The same holds true now for post-surgery! I am doing amazing in my therapy. My physical therapist said I am one year ahead of where I should be in flexion! I give credit to this machine!!! ALSO, I cannot say enough great things about customer service and goodwill, The seller has been right along with me on my journey of pain relief with their therapy machine. They were very quick to answer any questions I had and to solve any issues as well. Every home should have THIS!! Seriously! I brought mine to rehab after surgery and the other patients were envious! I told them where to get one ~ they are so reasonably priced and work sooo well!!! Hopefully they took my advice and purchased their own. It really helps in recovery of any surgery! I cannot recommend them Or the seller enough!! A++++++++++++++++++

My husband had knee surgery and this has changed his life. We bought two in fact, one for upstairs and one for down. Effective consistent cold, easy to fill with frozen water bottles. Multiple speeds and durations. A quality device. Knee doctors should send patients home whith them.NOTE: After months of use, the pad bubbled; didn't break, but bubbled, a couple of welds release and was threatening to turn it into a balloon instead of a pad. Contacted the company and had a replacement on its way to me that day. EXCELLENT customer service. Highly recommended,

I had a total knee replacement and this ice machine has been a life saver. I can place 5 frozen water bottles in the bag and add water and it starts cold throughout the night. I like that I can disconnect the hoses without taken the cooling pad off when I go use the restroom. The timer is also a super plus! It’s light and easy to assemble and carry as it also has a long carry strap for travel. The only thing that’s missing is a car charger. That would be a really nice added feature for car trips.

Nice looking unit. Easy to set up. Instructions easy to understand and follow.Just had surgical shoulder repair yesterday and first use out of the box today it doesn't fully work. The flow only works on low and medium. It shuts down almost immediately on high flow***Revised*** replacement arrived and worked amazingly well. Ran at the selected intervals and on all 3 speeds. Good customer service. I would recommend this product.Very disappointed. I contacted support, detailed my issue and expectation. We'll update upon reply and their rectifying the issue.Only gave this a 4 due to the issue OOTB and that their should be connectors built into the side of the case. You have to hang the hoses over the double zippered top. It leaves a spill gap should you jostle the unit.
