Not life-changing, but it does help make some difference.
I am very small busted and have little breast tissue at all, so I purchased these to give a little more shape and cleavage to a low cut dress. The inserts are a little heavy, firmer than real breasts, and tend to slide around a bit depending on the type of bra you put them in. They do not create much noticeable cleavage for me, (that would be miraculous,) but I did however find them to be just the right size and shape to slip inside and fill the cups of my 30A-32A bras. To get the best use out of these inserts, pair them with a bra that's already good for you - they won't make an "okay" bra any better.

Not for D cup women
If you are large breasted and expect them to support your breast’s find another product. They don’t work. These are meant for B cup women that want to add to their breasts, not to support them.

Comfortable
Since I am shaped like a Christmas tree, I use these so my dresses hang right. They feel so natural! I got rid of my push up bras and use these instead.

Not worth the price.
These inserts do not add the desired amount of lift. Because they are liquid and silicone that are cold and uncomfortable. They don't stay put without the adhesive. I do not recommend buying these unless you plan on using the adhesive and or plan on using them at the beach or somewhere with water.

These look very natural, I've worn them with a sports bra and you can't tell they are there, they blend right in. They also look good with bathing suits. I am a deflated C cup and I got size Medium. If you want something to make your boobs push up ALOT I would get Large. Mine give me a little push up and that's all I wanted. They do get sweaty in the summer and you can sometimes feel they are there but they are easy to clean. Overall I'm suspecting they are just as good as the $16-$35 ones on here!

Terrible super heavy and when i insert the gel pad into my bathing suit it moves around and really heavy.
