Incredibly high in protein, very little calories! Doesn’t really have a taste but smells like fermented feet. Scoop is hard to find in the bag. It dissolves best in room temp water, hot liquids like milk or hot water make it clump up and cold liquids make it clump up. Stuff with the consistency of yogurt or ranch mix perfectly with it. It’s rather convenient to use. It has no texture (unless it clumps up and then it’s like semi dried clay clumps blended into water). I haven’t used it long enough to notice significant improvements in my injured knees but I believe it’s helping me recover from injuries faster and preventing them.

I'm pretty sure it's helped the health of my hair too. So overall, try it and see if it works for you! I don't think it'll do anything if you don't actually have any skin, hair or nail issues. It's not plastic surgery.
