Q: Is this the formula for dogs?

It is not labelled for dogs and isprobably too rich for them. It is intended for obligate carnivoreslike cats, ferrets, raptors,reptiles. For ailing dogs, I would prefer eggnog( raw egg, milk or plain yogurt, honey whiskedtogether)Soft-boiled egg, or meat baby food to mask medication or coax eating.

Q: Does it come with anything to feed the pets with? Is it just the supplement?

No, it's just a bag of powdered food that you mix to a paste. I made mine thin enough to go into a syringe (without needle). I was feeding a Leopard Gecko that wouldn't eat.

Q: Can you actually put this in the water of an aquatic turtle tank to get the turtle to eat(increase appetite)? I heard about a stimulant like that.

You can feed it to any creature but it has to be made into a paste with warm water & fed to them; not put into their water. It stimulates their appetite by helping them feel better & giving them some energy.

Q: bearded dragons are omnivores. should i purchase this one or the green bag for a very sick beardie? thanks

yes i bought this for my sick bearded dragon is high in protein so i would only did half of the dose it says for reptiles 2 tablespoon for kg so 30grams per kg i only did half to be on the safe side too much protein can be toxic for a bearded dragon.if you have an adult beardie i recomend the critical care which is for herbivores it has less protein.
