It was probably way past time to replace my discolored, grooved, old plastic cutting board. After a bit of research to make sure titanium wouldn't damage my precious knives, I ordered this. This cutting board seems like a good, normal, sturdy piece of metal. It would be a great gift, but the packaging is bizarre. It arrives in a nice cardboard sheath with perfectly appropriate drawings of vegetables and kitchen items, but then at the bottom, there are a bunch of romantic/affirmative messages."I'm proud of you" on a cutting board cover?"Thank you for being you"?"I love you"?These statements are weird in this context, excessive, and really make gifting the item impossible unless it's a gag gift.

I am very satisfied with the durability of the titanium cutting board. It is not only scratch-resistant, but also not easy to deform, and it is very easy to clean after use. Even when cutting some hard ingredients, such as carrots or onions, there are no obvious knife marks on the cutting board, which makes me think that its wear resistance is very good. The weight is also just right, and it will not slide easily when cutting vegetables, providing good stability.

After a period of use, I found that the corrosion resistance of this cutting board is indeed very good. Even after prolonged contact with water and ingredients, it did not show any signs of rust or corrosion. The dishwasher is really very practical.
