Excellent, work for me

This tea affects individuals differently. I drink it and have no issues or anything, my wife drinks it and she's going to the bathroom several times later that day. It cleans her out. The nighttime version from the same company does it even more for her. I do have a slight energy boost, but nothing significant. I'm taking it just because, hoping i get some health benefits from it. I'm not a fan of the fake looking pink/red color that comes from the tea, it seems unnatural as if something was added to it, but it does taste good and I enjoy drinking it.

This tea has worked great. I’m on day five I will say the first day I took it. I did have light stomach issues, but they went away within the hour. Overall this is great. Makes me feel great. I’m getting better sleep. I will update more after I have finished more of the bag I do like the way it taste. I like to add just a splash of lemon mine Makes it taste delicious. Overall this is really good and I like the benefits.
