Fire looks lovely and easy to assemble
I wish I could give this fire 5 stars because once finished it looks so good. The 4 stars are because of a problem with two of the parts found on opening the box. One part was completely the wrong size and the other was so badly put together it fell apart. I must commend the seller as this was dealt with very quickly and efficiently by immediately sending replacements that arrived the next day.The assembly was fairly simple and once the surround was fitted together it was very stable. The fire looks really smart in our lounge the log effect is very realistic. All in all the exercise has been worth it.

Needed a white fire surround.
This was not that easy to assemble, instructions were very confusing. Took 3 of us to work it out and put together. I sent a message to the seller with reference to the remote control, but I have NEVER has a reply. Not very good after sales.
