Skirt is not lined, but nice and poofy!
This wasn't what I expected, but to be fair, the product is exactly what it is described as. It's literally individual pieces of tulle, tied around a ribbon. It is bot lined so you will need to wear something underneath if you don't want your legs to be seen. There is also no elastic for the waistband. Even though it wasn't lined and lacked a waistband, I was impressed with the puffiness of the skirt.

like a tulle grass skirt
Should serve its purpose- I was looking for a costume for my daughter- lots and lots of tulle - she is very skinny so we will have to remove about half of the knotted strands - good photo propUpdating the review. Actually came out very nice, no need to remove any of the strands. To make a bow, a number of strands can be arranged to create the desired effect.

It's pretty, and I love it
Despite a delay in delivery time due to the weather, I finally receieved my skirt today. It's pretty, and I love it, but it took me a while to tie it since I had no idea it's open/close. It's sheer, and you'll need to wear something under it as well as let the wrinkles fall out before you wear it. Overall, I'm satisfied with my purchase!

Nice Quality Tutu
this was perfect for my Hello Kitty Costume. It's very pretty on, lots of volume. Only issue is the amount of tulle in the waste-band. I had to remove a few strands of tulle, so that once tied, it would stay up around my waist.

After you get it, hang it up so all the material can straighten it, it was a little wrinkled when I received it.
I absolutely love this tutu, I ordered it for a work Halloween party and it was perfect. It was slightly bigger than I thought it would be but because it ties it worked out great!
