Only strong enough to hold the phone, not a wallet case, too.
I was hoping for a grip strong enough to hold the phone IN my wallet case & it won’t hold a position. It does work for me as I have it in the vent so it can only sag a little. I didn’t try the suction. I’m satisfied- it’s meeting my needs.

...and still hanging on in both heat and cold environments. Recently had to travel repeatedly, and this baby didn't go ANYWHERE. I had to tighten the nut once, but it stays in place, is very bendy, and simple to use. Much prefer this to the other two products I bought.

It will last. Installed on a small SUV and no problems.
Car for long travel. Very convenient.

not meant for moving vehicles or heat exposure
this would be perfect in a stationary environment. if you use the flex arm in a vehicle it will shake too much. the worse the road, the worse to view GPS and such. and it did stick until it got warmer. not even hot, just enough for the windshield to exaggerate the heat inside the car. the stickiness stopped working after that. I should say I was able to reposition a bunch of times before the heat messed it up. and the smallest arm doesn't fit well in my car.

Don’t waste your time and money on this!
This looks good but had to return. I bought this to replace another cell phone holder identical to this one I bought a few years ago from a different company which between the window mount and dash mount (which I used as a window mount) lasted about 3 years each one breaking after about a year & 1/2. I liked it and figured it’s cheap enough to repurchase for a 2nd round. However this one although it looked exactly like my other one...the window mount shook and bounced so much (which is what leads it to break) that it was horrible to use. Especially when you need to look at the screen for maps and such and it’s bouncing. This is true;y not worth a dime. My other window mount shook minimally then one day a little over a year later a noticed it had more bounce and within a few weeks it bounced so hard it snapped....the plastic piece that holds the suction cup breaks and renders it useless. This one started with tremendous movement so sent it right back.I then went looking again on amazon for a different design and found:https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07P5C3KH9/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o01_s01?ie=UTF8&psc=1From the design it looked like it would be sturdy. I opted for this package because if or when the window mount broke I still had the dash mount as an option as well. But since this one has absolutely no bounce and is solid I have a feeling it will last much longer than the other ones and is worth paying the extra for only 1 mount. It also can be adjusted and tightened in a multitude of lengths and angles so it’s much more flexible than this one as well in terms of finding the right position for you in any car.Don’t waste your money on this this 3 package mount. Just not worth it

Others Out There for the Same Price with Better Quality
Had two prior items nearly identical to this one for two cars. One finally broke, so replaced with this. Same cradle, which is fine. The failure is the long arm. It's too long - as a result, the cradle has an unacceptable level of vibration if the arm is extended toward you/away from the windshield, which it will be if you are looking at GPS maps on a phone. Made it somewhat useful by doubling up the arm to lessen vibration, but, really, that's not a great solution - it still rattles and necessarily holds the cradle closer to the windshield because the arm has to be doubled back on itself. The other two units I've owned have a shorter extension arm and they both have worked well with far less vibration in the cradle.WizGear reached out on e-mail asking about the product. They wrote, "we want to give our customers assurance that if problems arise, they will be addressed accordingly, which is why all our products come with a 12-month warranty. We value our customers’ satisfaction so if for any reason, you did not find the item on par with your expectations, please do not hesitate to contact us by simply replying to this email." So, before offering a review here I responded to that e-mail and provided a description of this issue. That was a month ago. I responded three times, in fact. Have yet to receive another communication from WizGear. Can offer two stars because some folks may find the adhesive dashboard unit workable. I never use those - the heat in summer seems to make those fail, and the vent mount does not fit our cars in a useful way but may work for someone else.

Very pleased with product
Product is a very good item, especially for the cost! I'm having no trouble with it hanging on my windshield. It makes my phone stay very visible when using as a GPS and holds the phone while I talk/drive. Those on the other end can hear me easily - and i can hear them.Downers are: 1 - no instructions/information was included with the 3 pieces... 2 - the dashboard piece has a sticky bottom on it - I would prefer it to clamp on so I wouldn't have a sticker mark if I would pull it off and could attach it only when I want it there... 3 - Neck on the window piece is super long, which is nice, but it vibrated pretty bad until I positioned it to rest the actual phone on the dash - after that, it is stable. All in all - I'm very pleased with the item & would recommend it to everyone! Plus, the seller has been very nice & communicative - thank you!
