Its easy to use and grinds evenly as per setting and there are lots of settings to choose from. Even espresso setting has about 10 levels and grind is satisfactory. The espresso I made using this grinder is excellant. It's only been about a week since I started using, however I found 3 issues with it. 1. Cleaning: Under the coffee bean holder, there's the upper burr and lower burr. While the upper bur is removable and therefore easy to clean, the lower bur is not removable. The brush that's provided helps to swirl the leftover coffee powder remains around, nothing more. To remove them, you need to unplug the short cable [too short], turn the grinder upside down and shake, which can't be good for the longevity of the machine. Or you can blow air on it but that makes a mess. 2. Seating the coffee bean jar back onto the machine is difficult and takes some getting used to. 3. Power cable is too short. However, there's no issues with grinding, its perfect. But using it to make a fresh ground for every cup of coffee [which is the reason I purchased this grinder], is a real pain. I've already given up cleaning after every use, only once every few days now.

Does the job way more efficiently as expected.

Worst product, just went off in 4 months. It was working fine, and suddenly one morning it stoped working. Machine works like this but worst part is no way to communicate with this fake company. WhatsApp chat - no response Emails- no response Phone number - no incoming calls facility There is no way one can contact this company. Waste of money don' buy
