Item not as photo
unfortunately the item is not as in the photo. For a start the edges aren't beveled, the material isn't glass (appears to be plastic), it is not clear (it is white and red), the feet and beak are encased in the plastic. It is not worth what you pay for it, and it is smaller than expected.

Awful item
Made out of cheap, opaque plastic, not fused glass as shown and described. The quality is extremely poor and it went straight in the bin. The photo is not at all representative of what I received. Fortunately Amazon refunded my money.

NOT glass - horrible, scratched, acrylic-type product
BEWARE - product received was NOT AS ADVERTISEDI was expecting a glass product, which looks lovely in the product description - but I received an acrylic or plastic-type of product - which was badly scratched, and one of the two that I ordered had a broken beak. The bodies were white and red plastic and not translucent at all. Horrible.When I contacted the seller to explain that I wanted a refund, they initially told me that I wasn’t eligible for a refund, and that they would give me 20% off, and I could keep them. I replied that that was not acceptable to me, and they did then give me a refund.

Plastic tiny and cheap.
Nothing like the picture. Took months to arrive. Poor quality acrylic NOT glass. Awaiting a refund ….Update. Still no contact or refund from seller. Thank god for Amazon fixing things even if I did pay postage back.

Absolutely rubbish. Looks beautiful on the photo when in fact it’s flat, plastic and something you’d expect in a cracker. I couldn’t even rate it but I had too

Small and plastic.
The design was nice but I was expecting it to be more 2D as it seems in the photo. Flat dull plastic. Kept as was fine to slip into a Christmas card. Wouldn't buy again.

Don't get scammed like I did! I believed I was buying a glass robin, what I got was plastic! Rubbish!!!!! Trying to get refund but the seller offering 20% discount and keep the crap product! I DONT THINK SO
