This fits the Sancor Envirolet dometic Porcelain Composting low water Toilet
I purchased the envirolet vacuflush low water porcelain composting toilet with the outdoor composter. When after two years, the seal leaked and the toilet did not hold water I tried to get the part from the manufacturer sancor. They did not have the part, sent me to a number in Fla who did not have the part. Went back to sancor and talked to Frank, the go to guy, who had ne send him an email with the request. By tho point I had figured out you had to unscrew the plastic surround and the metal clamp to remove the bowl. This toilet needs the two piece seal. I went on amazon and took a chance and yeah it was the right one. This was about $25.00 but easily fit with excellent directions on the package which I could not find in the Manuel or on YouTube. I will get a second one to have on hand as I am finding it goes bad. I also bought the lubricant, just not sure if that is safe for a composting toilet household use. This evidently is a new item since 1/18/19. Just in time to solve a big problem as too much water does not evaporate correctly. Wanted to review to hopefully help someone like me, a 62 yr old retire woman or anyone else who would consider this option. I bought it from Lowes, but they know nothing. Very happy to finally get this part.

Stop the searching
36 ft. Winnebago Journey DL. 2003 model. Suddenly bad odors from bath/laundry area. Tore out washing machine, Splenda, hated it. Nope only temporary. Reset commode, found a leak, paid $$ for the labor. Nope. Bought new commode, Amazon great returns thank goodness, new one wouldn't set. Land Yacht pilot takes commode apart to the sub floor... a small cracked seal, cheap, easy replacement. Follow your nose to the end results. LOL.

Work's beautifully
We needed to replace the toilet seal on our 2007 Montana and had purchased a cheap one, but after reading many reviews we decided to order this one. More pricey but it's Teflon coated and works beautifully! We're confident we won't have to replace it in our lifetime. The cheap ones reviews state they only last for a few months. Pay the extra money! Highly recommend this product!

Perfect fit
Our toilet in our 7-year old RV refused to hold water in the bowl. Cleaning the old seal and applying silicone plumbers grease always worked in the past, but this time it didn't so I finally gave up and ordered new seals. The seals were delivered quickly, and the price was excellent - much better than anywhere else. There were no instructions with the new seals (hence the rating of 4 stars instead of 5), but I was able to figure out how to get the toilet apart by studying the drawing that was in the manual for the toilet and by watching a video I found on You Tube. Our flush valve now holds about an inch or two of water in the bottom of the bowl like it's supposed to.

Instralling Dometic Toilet Seal Kit
Ordered with next day delivery. Received around 3:30 p.m. Correct item received. Very clear installation instructions printed on the package. All it took was a flat head screwdriver. It only took a half hour or less. Easy to put back together and since the ball valve is still in place and closed there was no foul odor. I did drain and flush the black tank first but looking back you really wouldn't have to. Inspected and cleaned the ball valve. Didn't find any mineral build up, scratches or dings. Made sure the bowl was lined up right and reattached it using the two plastic half clamps and the stainless band. Reattached the vacuum break ( it just pulls out and pushes back in), turned on the water, checked for leaks and was ready to go. The bowl holds water and it flushes very easily. I didn't find it necessary to use any silicon grease or anything else on the ball and seal. You can do this if you don't mind a little mess. Gives you a chance to clean around and under parts where urine gets that you wouldn't otherwise be able to get to. There was no poo other than a little on the edges of the flush ball. Just be careful not to drop the porcelain bowl which by-the-way isn't all that heavy.

Perfect fit, an OEM part
This is an OEM Dometic part, which is what I wanted. I did not want an aftermarket part. Thosr will say replaces or for a Fometic Vavu-Flush. The aftermarket parts are hit-or-miss if they fit, amd will last.Replacing the seal really is and easy task. There are numerous videos on YouTube showing you how. However, it is a stinky job.
