Excellent
I didn't think this would actually work but it does. It has stuck to my laminate floor perfectly and my cat scratches on it a few times a day and it doesn't shift. So much better than cardboard ones that leave bits all over the floor. She does use it less than the cardboard ones so maybe not as fun but much better for me.

Cats Love it
I mounted one to the wall but the cats werent too fussed. So I lay it down near where they sleep and they love to sleep on it!When they wake they stretch and scratch on it.They will even get up and walk over to scratch on them.Very well made and great VFM.

Great for problem areas
So we recently welcomed a new furry cat member to our family and being a mischievous little soul, he loves to sharpen his claws on anything he sees fit. Of course, mummy and daddy do not like him using the bottom stair as a cat post so I figured if we popped one of these mats at the foot of the stairs, it may distract him and be a more favourable option. So, this duo pack of mats arrived rolled up, which makes it a tad difficult to lay flat if you want to use them straight away. We tried to weigh them down but even so, they curled up until we used the Velcro stick pads. Once we used those, they stuck to the carpet perfectly and were ready for pudding to use. Results: Have we found it distracts him from using the carpet? Well, for the majority of the time, yes, I guess it has. I mean, I'd be lying if I said he uses these mats constantly over anything else as he tends to scratch wherever he is at the time, but if he is near the bottom of the stairs or on the landing where the other is placed, he does use them, so I guess that could be counted as a win.I recently purchased a large cat post that he uses constantly and it cost about the same as these two mats, so my thinking is would these be worth the money over a large sisal post? My jury is slightly out on that one but I will say they do serve a purpose in the right areas. 4/5

Of no interest to my cat
Previously I had cardboard scratching panels for my cat which she loved, but I got tired of all the little pieces everywhere. I thought this would be a good alternative, but even after rubbing catnip into them, the cat is indifferent.

Donโt buy this
Find a better scratching pad. The adhesive tape is so weak it always unsticks. And falls off .
