This is a very nice crib. However, the title is a bit mis-leading. The toddler arm and day bed kit is sold separately. If you read further down in the description it does state as such. As a first time buyer of a baby crib, I assumed 3 in one ment, 3 in one...

I had one simple question that I needed Delta children to answer for me.Whether or not the mattress platform on the Lancaster 4 in 1, was solid wood, and not made with MDF, ( medium density fiberboard). I have absolutely no idea, because I can't get ahold of anybody to answer this question. What I do know, is that none of their cribs are either greenguard or the better greenguard gold certified.The only certifications that I am aware of, are by industry associations which is sub-par when it comes to off-gassing materials.I've asked the question of the composite of their mattress platform, on the Q&A at Amazon, I've asked the company directly on their website with their chat feature, No response to either one.I called their company after 14 minutes they disconnected the phone call, I called again after 21 minutes they disconnected me again.For a company that professes to be obsessed with the safety of their products, I would certainly like some assurances that they go a step further than just heavy metal testing and structural stability. I hope that they actually considered off-gassing from possible composite wood made with formaldehyde.I don't feel as though the company has taken care of either me or more importantly the health of my grandchild.I wish I had gone with the DaVinci crib. And I will be sure to never buy a Delta product again for any of my future grandchildren.

This is our 3rd baby and 3rd crib. I have to say that after spending a ton of money on my first two, this got good reviews and seemed nice so I gave it a try. I am SO glad I did. It’s made of pine, superb quality and I am so happy with it!

Not sure why the other review photos do not match the product. We received the crib pictured in the product photos with a curved back. The box was very dirty and ripped, with a broken corner of the box. I was worried the product would be damage but upon full inspection all of the crib pieces were protected in the styrofoam. My only qualm with this product was they completely left out in the written directions when/how to install parts (L) which is the upper part of the crib rail on the sides. I was able to figure it out with the pictures provided in the instructions, but there were no worded instructions for that one part. I’m glad I noticed this before putting it together. Once I figured it out it wasn’t that hard to assemble, easier with another set of hands to hold parts for you. I’m just really shocked quality control hasn’t noticed the instructions really need help. It took me a little over an hour to fully assemble. Finished product is beautiful, no chemical smells, solid crib. I am happy with purchase but hope someone fixes the instructions. I feel lucky I noticed they had missed explaining part.

This crib is wonderful! We purchased our first one in 2018 when I was pregnant. We purchased the exact same one when I became pregnant with my next. It’s simple, stylish, sturdy, and easy to assemble.The only downside is that lowering the mattress requires almost a complete disassembling of the crib. But since that’s not a super regularly occurring thing, it’s not a huge deal.

... the assembly would be easier with better instructions. Not only are the instructions just graphics, they are not entirely correct. Definitely a job for at least two people, hopefully one of whom is able to think outside the box. The quality of the finished product is excellent though. Just don't wait until the last minute to assemble it.

putting it together was a pain in the you know what. but the finish product looks amazing. two people actually are needed to complete this. the quality is great! would definitely recommend.

We ordered this Delta crib in grey when another Delta crib I had been eyeing sold out. The color is a perfect match to the Delta changing table we purchased. My husband assembled the crib fairly quickly with help from my niece. He said it made it easier with the second set of hands. We still have a few weeks until baby arrives but we are happy with our purchase!
