I'm not going to dock any stars here because at this price point, this device provides an accessible way for the average person to find some pain relief and relaxion. I like that this has a faux leather casing and that it’s stable enough for the task at hand. It’s easy to set up. You can get started in one minute- no exaggeration. In a rudimentary way, it performs its purpose and provides relief. However, there is room for improvement. * There needs to be a clearer way to increase/adjust the temperature. I am appreciative that there are three settings, though. * It should have different massage strengths. This only has one. * For the uninitiated, the heat component typical in these value massagers, is slow to heat. The longer you use it in a session, the warmer it will get. That said, do not expect it to get too hot at all. So, I wish the heating element could get hotter and I wish it had massagers on the sides as well. When I was looking into buying this, it wasn’t clear to me where the ‘massage action’ was coming from and I happily assumed that it was coming from all directions. One of my pictures shows the massager lit up where the actual massagers are located on this device. * For obvious reasons, there should be a way to remove the cloth where you place your feet or calves. Sadly, this does not have that. So, if you’re sharing or if you don’t want it to get gross, always wash your feet and wear socks while using this, I guess.

The NekTeck foot massager does a good job providing deep pressure and heat, and it definitely helps with relaxation after a long day. The rolling and shiatsu functions feel effective, especially for tired feet and calves, and the build quality feels solid. However, the massage can feel a bit intense at times, even on lower settings, and it’s not the quietest device. It also takes some adjustment to find the most comfortable position. Overall, it’s a helpful massager with good features, but it may not suit people who prefer a gentler or quieter massage experience.

Feels great! At first it was a little hard to use the pressure is so hard. Once I got used to it I absolutely love it.

This was the perfect gift for my grandmother for Christmas. She sits most of the day so pain and circulation always worried me. This is easy for her to use and has the perfect settings that is just enough but not to much for her to actually like it.
