Aside from the fact that you can't buy additional beaters for it because the connector is unique to this one, the mixer is fantastic. I have used it many times since purchase, the splash guard is honestly pretty useless so I don't use it. But it rocks like a champ and is unbelievably quiet! I didn't need a monster heavy Kitchenaide and this absolutely did the trick for less than half the cost!!

I’ve used this twice so far and I find it to be extremely well designed and of great quality for the price. This is a very good mixer.

I was a little hesitant when I bought this mixer because I had never heard of this brand name before. But after using it a few times I can say in my opinion excellent value.UpdateI've had this mixer less than a month and I've used it multiple times. It still works well but the handle on The Mixing Bowl has broken off. It appears to have been glued not welded on. Kind of an inconvenience. So for that I'm changing my five star review to four stars

I have had this mixer for about 3 months now and I am so happy I could do a happy dance! After dealing with a hand mixer for years I decided to bit the bullet and get a stand up mixer. Okay what kind? Your go too, mom's always had one, kichenaid? I have to say that was at the top of my list. Boy am I glad I didn't do that. I do not say that because of the product, I say that because of the weight! For those of you that has a problem lifting heavy objects you know exactly what I am taking about. That mixer would have lived in my cupboard gathering dust and I wouldn't have become the 3 times a week baker I am now. Thank you Cookmii! For me this mixer is great. The bowl is an excellent size, it is easy to lock in and it is quite. Someone mentioned that they didn't feel it was secure on the counter,I have not any problems with this at all. Clean up is easy and dishwasher safe. I have doubled my cookie and mini loaf recipes with no problems and as I have said at lest 2 times a week. No it doesn't make pasta or grind meat but if you want a mixer to whip out to make bread, cookies or a cake give Cookmii a try, I don't think you'll be disappointed, I'm not!!!UPDATE!! I still LOVE this mixer!!

It works flawlessly, very sturdy, I used it at least once a week. And all sudden stopped working properly 18 months later. Would I buy again. Yes

Once using for short time , there is burning smell from internal , afraid to use it for long time , have to keep stop and wait

After reviewing other brands, including the top one, I decided to go with this relatively unknown brand in the US. What caught me first was the price as it was too inexpensive to ignore.I was especially interested in the motor as I make heavy cookie batter. After using multiple times I have to say I am extremely happy so far. It does everything it says with ease and it is so light but not too light to cause any problems when mixing. It mixes eggs well which was a concern as some other brands don't reach down far enough to beat well enough.Simple to clean so I don't even bother with the dishwasher. Hopefully I will never need replacement parts but if I do it looks like customer service will take care of it based on some other reviews.All in all I am very happy with this purchase.

Product stopped working after 3 months. Had to return and got a partial refund and was approved by mfg to return for full refund. Do not buy product
