Makes a Difference
I replaced an earlier version of these OSRAM bulbs after one blew out (it had almost five years of use) with these new Night Breaker 220s. I'm using them in a 2019 Kia Sorento and they are so much better than the OEM H7 bulbs. They are noticeably better than the previous version. You can see farther down the road and off to the sides (a concern driving in a rural area with deer). They are brighter too, but not as bright as xenon. While the newer bulbs have a higher rating on the Kelvin scale, they are whiter than the previous version (and certainly more so than the OEM), but not as white as LED. I researched these OSRAM bulbs before buying them for the first time and I believe these are the best legal bulbs for the Sorento.

Better Than LEDs
The stock headlights from Hyundai were horrible, so I changed them out for LEDs. The LEDs were brighter, but they didn't light up the road ahead very well. After 90 days, one of the LEDs quit working. My mechanic suggested the OSRAM Night Breaker 220, and they solved the problem. Yes, the OSRAN's are halogen lights, but they are much, much better than the LEDs.

Unacceptably short life span
Pretty disappointed. Like many other reviews state, these died about 3 months after install. They worked great while they worked, but one went out after a few months, I ordered a different set, and just replaced the dead one (I know they recommend doing both at once) just to see the lifespan on the second side, and it only make it about another month. Seems to suggest I didnt just get single lemon. Looking inside, the filament busted on the second side just like the first. This was in an Outback driven on city roads

Pretty bright halogen bulbs with perfect color temp!
They're bright! I wouldn't say they're really 220% brighter than the original, but they're DEFINITELY brighter than originals. I'll leave it up to you to decide if they're worth twice the price. I really like the way the light looks. It has a great temp/color to it, and looks better than the original in terms of the color. Functionally, they provide great light output. The lifespan is quoted by Osram as being shorter than the original bulbs, likely because these are just brighter so they'll burn out faster. The fit is perfect which made installation just as easy as the oem ones. I would buy these again. I might try the original bulbs next time to see how I feel but am happy with my purchase.

Very nice improvement for my 2019 Tacoma
I put these Osrom Night Breaker headlights into my 2019 Toyota Tacoma in order to replace the very dim OEM bulbs that my truck came with. I was absolutely sick of not being able to see anything with the OEM's, these have been a really pleasant change for the better. I understand they won't last as long as the originals probably would have, but the brightness and quality of light are worth it. The connector was a perfect fit and swapping them out was a simple DIY improvement. I looked at switching to LED's but after doing some research I was reluctant to carry through with that as my headlight housing was made for halogens. If they last for as long as they advertise I will undoubtedly be a repeat customer.

Nissan Cube
Great improvement over original OEM lamps from 2012 when new. I’m sure they have faded over time but were still going strong, so I thought. Great almost true white white light but not too cool of a color on spectrum that washes out or glares other drivers. Sharp distinctive illumination line that matched original lamps. Did not take pics but difference is very noticeable and did informal light meter test comparison at about 5 feet from lens. New lamps were over double the max lux measured in hot spot. They do seem to burn a bit hotter which would explain short lifespan from other reviews. Time will tell. LED technology is not ready for the consumer market. Prove me wrong.

Seems a good upgrade for original.
Completely different than OEM. These are on a MB C300 with reflector lenses (Low beam) AND without (high beam). Much brighter and whiter without being LEDish. Light casts as advertised. The service life shows about 50% of OEM so we'll see what that means. I don't expect them to last for too many years.

Burned out in 11 months
Didn't seem that bright and burned out in 11 months. They were disappointing.
