I do think it helps with hair growth but someone else mentioned it causing chest pain and I’ve been having the same problem since I started it so I won’t be buying again.

I was struggling to grow my hair due to peri menapause/menapause, my hair is thin and I was loosing hair at an alarming rate. I only been taking them for one month and I see the difference in my hair already, I can't wait to see what happens in 6 months. Also I've been taking the Flo ovarian support, so I don't know if it's the combination or not. I will leave another review (update) and pics further down the line.
