Its more of a discussion of, rather than a comprehensive coverage of the subject.Its covered from the angle and perspective of the writer, who assumes that whoever is reading it has the same sort of knowledge that he has.

I can recommend this book to any martial artist, who like to put some spice into their training.Very good illustrations and explanations.
