Perfect ! Holds heat and smells nice

It is a very nice heating pad, however it looks much larger n line. I will keep it but it is one inch narrower and two inches shorter. That makes a difference.

The item itself was fine however, I ordered the larger size in the 16 inch but received the smaller size. Tried to return it and order the 16 inch but received the smaller size again, which is a higher price.

I bout this product for my wife who has bad cramps once a month and she loves it only problem now is once a month I find myself having to go heat it up for her lol
