I was recommended this by a friend as our baby was the devil at bedtime and refused to go down despite being tired.We brought this and after one use noticed a difference, we use 4 pumps and apply it on the legs and chest/back. He went from refusing his cot to going down perfectly, it's definitely relaxing and helps him nod off!It's not a sticky, greasy lotion either. It absorbs well and smells incredible!I'd definitely recommend it, we did a patch test before we fully applied it as I had seen some reviews elsewhere that said some babies can have reactions to it, so we did a small patch test on his shoulder and all was good

This really is a wonder cream, and I feel like shouting it from the rooftops! Prior to use, my daughter would wake up multiple times a night crying saying that her legs were hurting her, and she would constantly figit them through the night. I apply this cream to her legs after she's fallen asleep, and since that first night we've been using it, she's never once woken up complaining about how her legs are hurting. To go from multiple times a night to nothing in a month has been amazing!! I missed two nights in that month, and on the second night of not putting the cream, she woke crying that her legs hurt, I gave her a massage with the cream and no wake ups since then and I do it every single night now. It's transformed her sleep and she's sleeping so much better!She does not react when I put it on, and I'm quite generous, so it certainly doesn't sting her when applied.

This cream has a lovely scent to it. It's not too overpowering for use on babies at nighttime. The lotion absorbs well into the skin and doesn't leave a residue. I found ny baby more relaxed throughout the nightafter being massaged with this lotion during bedtime routine. It is fairly pricey for a lotion, however if looking for one to help relax baby and perhaps help with restlessness overnight it's worth it.

Magnesium junior massage lotion has definitely proven itself for my almost 10 year old daughter who has difficulty falling over to sleep. I wanted to see if this would help as all our efforts over many years have not shown significant benefits. Knowing she likes massages to help her relax at bedtime, as well as children's relaxation mediation cd, all in an effort to ease her worries and settle her to sleep. We normally use sweet almond with peppermint to ease her tummy aches, I thought I would give this a try. We have been using it for a week now and there is a significant improvement for her. She says she is, "falling over to sleep easier and so much quicker, in 5 minutes". I sense her relaxed state when I finish bed time routine, which is so reassuring she is getting a good night sleep. She is not calling on me to come to her 3-4 times a night as normal and she wakes more alert and relaxed. I am delighted with this progress in a week, long may it continue.

Smells nice but hasn’t made any difference

This really did what it said on the packet! I was really impressed with the cream. The issue I had after the first few nights was my son being sensitive to smell rubbed him self along the sofa, cover and bed to erase the smell from his body. Highly recommend only suggestion would be to change the smell and increase to smell like something sweet.

Didn’t work for my child. If anything his sleep got worse. Not eligible for return either.

So I don't know the affect this has for sleep. But my son wakes up with awful leg cramps and this is so far the only stuff that eases its.
