My daughter wanted a cool sports bike to match her older brother's and this bike fits that look to a T. She was so excited to finally have a "cool" bike. It's a nice heavy duty toddler bike. Has a neat bmx look. It took minimal assembly. Handles nicely and is overall a fun ride for toddlers.

I ordered this for my 4 year old granddaughter. She received a Royal Baby balance bike for her birthday 3 months ago and doesn't have a lot of interest, so we decided to try one with pedals. Bingo! She LOVES it! We did attach training wheels for her to learn with. She's had it for a few days and did a lot of back and forth with the pedals as it took her a while to figure out which direction would make the bike go. Her natural predilection was to pedal backwards. One great feature on this bike is that when she pedals backwards the bike doesn't brake, the pedals just go backwards loosely. Last night the light bulb went on and she was pedaling all over the house, incredibly gleeful that she was riding a bicycle. The bike is beautifully powder coated in a shimmery pink and the paint is quite durable. She's dropped it on it's side and her brother knocked it over several times before we got the training wheels on, no scratches at all. The color scheme reminds me of a sporty convertible. The pedals move like a dream, very smooth. The hand brake is made so that small hands can pull them with ease and they are adjustable as far as placement and how hard they have to be squeezed to stop. Really nice tires. The whole bike is very high quality and well worth the price.
