I had bought these a few weeks ago, in the hope that the claims that Berberine was going to help me to loose weight. But so far, no change ... I will report again in a few weeks to see if there is any weight loss.

The gummies taste great and are addictive!!! At first I didn’t notice anything until my husband noticed that I was losing inches around my waist within 2 weeks, then when I weighed myself, I started seeing that had actually started losing pounds! After 30 days, I’m down 10 lbs! It may not be much, but, I’m not in the 2’s anymore which I’m feeling pretty great about and I feel as though I’m progressing in my journey, my nutritionist is happy also, I also lowered my portions and drink nothing but water all day! This may be different for others aside from me not being able to walk for 2-3 hours per day for exercise so, I’m quite sure if you’re able to exercise, you’ll see better results!
