This 100% organic Vienna Roast coffee is a medium roast (6 on a 10 scale). This is a 1 lb bag of coffee ideally suited for drip coffee. Much like a Full City Roast or Vienna Roast, these beans are roasted to a medium-dark to moderate-dark brown. The brewed coffee has soft nutty and dark chocolate flavor notes.
