Arrived on time…. Like pepper corns and not ground pepper. Much fresher taste and you use less pepper. After opening package I put rest in zip seal bag then in sealed container…..Clean corns, no sticks or leaf pieces in package.

I love all of this product. Sarted using white pepper recently and I really like the fresh ground flavor it gives me.

Take this review with a grain of pepper as I am no expert. I purchased these white peppercorns to use in white sauces, some egg dishes and some white soups more for color than any other reason and this pepper does the job. White pepper does not have the complex taste of black pepper as it is black pepper with the hull removed, usually by soaking in water, but it does not leave black flakes in a white sauce. Not having tried other white peppers I am no expert on the quality of this white pepper but I have since learned the best thought of white pepper is called Penja white pepper and I will try that next time.

My husband and I thought the price for these was a good deal and we love cooking with white pepper corns. It's wonderful.

This gets its own ratchet grinder for frequent use my kitchen.

Couldn't find whole white peppercorns locally, so ordered these and they are good enough.
