I had always been a windows person, and I had never used an Apple MacBook. This was a fabulous choice. I'm so glad I bought this through Amazon as well. The reviews were spot on and gave me confidence that it would be a positive experience. The laptop arrived very quickly in a very terrific shipping condition. I was a bit confused at first as to how to get started, but that went away faster that I had anticipated. Price was great, and it works with lightning speed, it's so beautiful too. Overall the quality of the laptop is as expected. The MacBook Air is a very light laptop with a long battery life. The space gray color is fine, though it does have to be cleaned sometimes because it picks up fingerprints. As for performance, you won't be doing a ton of heavy lifting, but this laptop excels for business tasks while travelling such as emails, document editing, etc. The memory capacity isn't huge, but isn't something I need as I mostly use external storage / cloud.

Switched from an HP to this MacBook Air and I love it! I have an iPhone so was sort of used to the Apple features, but there has been a bit of a learning curve as my muscle memory wants to keep doing things the way I used to.All in all I am really pleased with how lightweight it is, I love the mag charging cable that disconnects easily without fear of pulling out a port.Great speakers, I have even started streaming on this laptop. Screen color and visibility are very good.Excellent battery, lasts most of the day! If I am not using it for a few days (only happened once) the battery retained almost full power, I was impressed.

MacBook works like a dream and arrived lightning fast! Smooth, sleek, and everything I expected. Naturally, I added AppleCare, because between me and my 6-year-old tornado, this beauty needs all the protection it can get!

Love this laptop. It has at the time purchased, one of the latest and best processors. Current Apple products are running lower on storage space due to phasing out of rotating hard drives in favor of (more expensive) solid state. Lots of advantages to these solid state (SSD) drives; they are FAST. But if you need lots of storage, you'll need an external drive or cloud storage. Thin; lightweight; fast; smart looking; USB-C connectors; LOTS of batter life.

Bought this for my daughter as a birthday/graduation gift. She is going to school for art studies. She loves it!

Love it. Best laptop I've ever owned. Speed and storage impeccable. Lightweight and for the price, can't beat it. Definitely an author's dream. Great for your students in High School and College. Only issue is because it's an Apple product, you pay for everything you try to download or use app wise.
