So delicious and tasty and super easy. I mix with milk instead of water to add more protein and nutrients. I keep buying these. Even picky husband approves and thinks that I make these from scratch.

Discovered these by accident and can't believe how good these pancakes are! They rival homemade and i actually prefer them!! Fluffy, not sweet but I don't miss maple syrup if i don't have any! Can be prepared in 2 minutes, while the frying pan heats. Great item to keep on hand. Buy the 4 pack!

The flavor is good, but not as rich as some others I've tried. I would buy.

I've never purchased Bobs pancake mix - it's really good. But you do need to 'pump' it up a bit. Add milk, not water, add an egg and some baking powder for pancakes that are thicker - just water to the mix as noted - the pancakes are thin no matter how 'thick' you make the mix. I also add cinnamon and/or sugar for an even better treat. It's a great base for awesome tasting pancake mix! Having said all of this, I never hesitate to update my reviews should new info seem useful. This is the best complete pancake mix we have tried. Much more flavorful than the big box brands.

I bought this for my adult daughters birthday, she loves pancakes and she was pretty blown away by the flavour and consistency and texture of the pancakes. She split the pack in half (refrigerate after opening) and which was easier to manage for her. She said that she will buy them again, so easy to use, being able to split it and good quality food. Not cheap but she is going to buy more herself.
