Great hose in every aspect!
Update: 7 years now we've had these hoses (I think I have 7 of them now). Still fantastic, have not had to retire a single one of them. Not a single leak! I was rolling them up for the season last week, somehow one has a serious squashing dent in it (we run over them constantly) and the thing still works like nothing is restricting it. It's nuts! These are serious workhorses at our home! Not sure about some of these bad reviews as I not only like this hose, but LOVE 'em! We live on rural acreage and when I say these get used, they really get used! I have 6 of these now in various lengths and love them all. Particularly if you need a 100' hose, this is the ONLY way to go as they are so light and kink-free. I have three 100 footers strung together for our needs and I just coil them in my gorilla cart and lay them out as needed by hand, or hook the cart up to our quad and lay them out that way. No reason really to get so specific other than to show these get used and strung out on a daily basis and are still working 100% five years later. And if I had to constantly walk back 300 feet to unkink my hoses I think I'd go postal. They don't all look pretty at this point, but I sure would have thought I'd be buying some new ones by now, but nope! And if I did end up needing to replace them this summer, I would say my purchase over the last five years was very well spent. However, they still all work well, so I would guess I've got another year or two to worry about that. I will say one of them drips a little at one connection, but not enough for me to replace yet- but honestly these are used and abused, so not unacceptable at all. The plastic shrouds on the connections (honestly they're only for looks) are starting to split on some, but again- five years old and sit in the sun all day long! One did get run over by our tractor on a rock driveway and altho you can tell it was run over, it is not pinched at all...just slightly dented. We run them over CONSTANTLY with our cars and trucks with no issues. Anyway, they are the ONLY hoses I will buy from now on. I am so very over kinked and heavy hoses. This solves all of that and I'm happy. Def a customer for life on these suckers.

Best garden hose!
Pricy but this hose does not kink and it is so easy to coil up after use. The hose material looks like the hoses on handheld shower attachments. No more spending additional time and frustration trying to coil up traditional hoses. Not sure how many garden hoses I’ve gone through and had to replace after the plastic hoses kinked. I will not ever go back to traditional garden hoses after using the Aqua Joe hoses.

75' metal clad hose.
Light weight, good quality and meet the needs. Can't wait until Spring when we can use it appropriately.

This is the one. Buy this hose.
I bought this hose 4 years ago, and it's still going strong. I would highly recommend you not step on it if you have it on the patio, because it WILL withstand your weight, and roll right under your feet (cartoon banana peel style). I've driven over it with utility carts, trash bins, and even my car once, and it hasn't even dented. I worried that the metal would burn my hands if I picked it up on one of those infamously brutal 100º+ summer days we have throughout the summer in TX, but it hasn't been a problem. It also hasn't suffered at all from the freezes we've had in winters. Now that the hose is a bit "senior," the rubbery protective sleeves at the ends have split and are starting to break apart, and it's all but impossible to screw off the spray nozzle or detach it from the spigot (even with tools), but that is truly the only frustration I've had. I strongly recommend this hose for those who use them daily in harsh conditions.

Wonderful
My husband said this is the best hose he has ever owned. Light weight, easy to wrap around hose holder. We make sure not to accidentally step on it, have heard it could crush in that spot, but we love it!! Would definitely buy again. Been using this for 3 years now with great performance.

Garden hose
We love this hose. We've bought it several times. I also bought it for my daughter. It's easy to use. Doesn't get all tangled and lasts quite a long time. I definitely recommend this aqua Joe garden hose.

Lighter and easier to handle than my other Metal Hose
I've had another branded Metal Hose, which I liked very much and lasted very long. 2+ years now of weekly use and still going strong. I needed a new longer one, but the other brand I bought did not have a 50ft hose in stock, so I looked at other brands and ended up with this Aqua Joe brand. I tried it out for the first time today and I immediately notice that it is lighter and easier to handle than my previous metal hose. I already thought the previous one was a big improvement over regular rubber hoses, but this Aqua Joe brand is even better. Now whether it will last the 2+ years my previous one has lasted so far remains to be seen, I will upgrade this review when the time comes.

Product broken; Customer Service is less than helpful
UPDATE: Aqua Joe refuses to honor their warranty. This hose is discontinued, but they continued to say “out of stock” years later to avoid having to reimburse their customers on warranty requests. Instead, they will offer you a different product in their line. I did not buy a different product. I bought this product. And this product was faulty and I want to have fair compensation. If you cannot replace the item through your warranty, then you should offer a refund. I purchased the hose in April ‘23, it was used once a week to water patio potted plants, no hard use and never is moved from its original bib. By November, the interior hose had disconnected from the aluminum housing and the hose is leaking on the inside. (Of note, also used the same brand adjustable nozzle). When I first purchased the hose, I registered the product with the SnowJoe company. When I contacted customer support about my broken hose, I followed their directions to send pictures of the product and the receipt of purchase. I was told the item was out of stock and to keep checking back. It’s been a month and I have not been contacted and the item still shows out of stock. The product was used a couple dozen times with the lightest use possible and it proved to be a piece of junk. Customer Service, as they call themselves, have not made this right even though I followed their product registration for warranty exactly as asked. Please find another product, the hoses and the people who stand behind them are lacking in quality.
