I’ve been using Shilajit for a while now but am new to the resin that you mix in tea, etc. I always thought it was overly priced so finding a great quality Shilajit for a fraction of the cost others are charging is similar to finding gold at the end of a rainbow. Impossible!!!! Which is why I was happy to find this brand. I know it’s high quality from the fulvic acid percentage, alone!!! The higher fulvic acid = the better. I’m extremely happy that I found a Shilajit resin that contains like 75 servings!!!! It’s such a small container but you don’t need much. It comes with a tiny spoon for measuring out what you’ll take daily. You add it to a beverage (warm is better) & drink it down. It’s not the greatest taste but it’s also not the worst thing in the world. I would most definitely recommend this Shilajit resin!!!

Love this thick resin! Really thick sticky high quality. Tastes earthy. No sweeteners. I eat a ball, just swallow a spoonful. You can add it to a drink or anything. It tastes like plants and herbs, no vitamin medicine taste. Seems really pure high grade quality 👌🏻
