Bike
Really like the bike it’s adorable rides. Well, if I had to say anything negative, it would just be the seat is not as comfortable as I would like. But other than that, it was wonderful.

Not a good bang for your buck
Bike looks good but constructed with very poor quality parts… had to take it to a mechanic to get it safe for the road (after using the tiny and poorly written instructions) extra cost was nearly half the cost of the bike. Poor quality parts that are mostly plastic… I am sure it will not last long.

Bad customer support
I bought a used unit and did not come with any bolts. I contacted Yitahome support and they said that they cannot do anything about it. I ended up buying all bolts, breaks , screws and wedge. Bad review just because of their customer service experience wich is bad.

Junk…stay away!!!
Complete junk, stay away. I wish I hadn’t assembled so I could return. Looks ok but is nothing compared to a name brand bike.

Wrong color/odd seat
It's a good bike! However, I ordered pink and clearly, that's not the color. My son put it together before telling me, so I was unable to return it for the right color, and my daughter didn't want to wait for her birthday present any longer. I don't care for how high the front of the seat sits either. We tried to adjust it, but it doesn't point down any lower.
