Patagonia Men's Loulu Canvas Walking Shoe

Nice and roomy in toe area. Some of the best shoes around. Overpriced like most products now days but try to find them on sale. Nice ground feel without the insole but could be a little less stiff. Work well with Correct Toe spacers or bunion aid and metatarsal pads.

I took a chance on these without seeing them in person first. I have a pair of Patagonia moccasin type shoes that I love. But I don't like the look of these from a top view. The shoe is kinda of flat and wide at the bottom in a weird way.

This shoe is true-to-length. It has a very wide toe box (roughly 4E) and narrow heel.I've been through probably 20 different shoes now trying to find something that fits my wide-forefoot feet. They have an excellent wide toe box but still hold the foot securely.These are the best. They have more padding than a very-minimal shoe like a Vivobarefoot , not quite as much as Lems. Personally I'd like a little more cushion, these are quite harsh on concrete.Unfortunately the soles are TERRIBLE. Others have noted the squeaking and the poor durability. But what really sucks about them is they have zero grip on wet surfaces. Wet decks are a comical booby trap in these shoes. Ugh I hate this artificial junk sole material. Please please only use natural rubber for shoe soles.I think the leather Loulu is much more comfortable than the canvas Loulu, because it has some stretch and conforms to the foot; the canvas is very rigid.

After reading Yvon's book I've been turning to Patagonia whenever I need a new piece of gear or clothing. I was in need of some casual shoes after a pair of Vans had had enough. The Loulu fit the bill. They fit true to size and are really really comfortable. The sole is minimal if you have experience with minimal running shoes at all. These are great every day shoes.

Best pair of shoes I have ever worn. I now own two pair. Great for all day wear without foot pain at the end of the day. Great for wider feet too. I normally wear a EEE or EEEE size shoe, and these fit great just as they are. Wish Patagonia would continue making these.

the shoe is nice looking casual and very comfortable on your feet.

Patagonia shoes always fit me true to size..very, very, comfortable feel..also these shoes last..still have my old Patagonia's from 2007..

I would rate these five star but I once got some dirt/oil on them and tried to remove the marks with water and dish soap. It took off the marks, but in addition it removed the color of the shoe in that one spot as well. Maybe if I used a different method to clean these shoes that might not have happened, but cleaning these shoes is not a thing.
